1. The tools to be prepared first are plastic bags, scissors, rubber bands, awls, and sewing machines.
2. Then flatten the plastic bag and cut off the handle with scissors;
3. Fold a small edge of the cut plastic bag inward from the top, then sew it with a sewing machine, and leave a small hole to install the rubber band;
4. Put the rubber band into the plastic bag from the small hole left, and then tie the knot to fix it;
